A few notes and thoughts. The perfect example of this “no pun intended”, is The Gear itself. Is it perfect — no. Would it have ever been completed perfectionist mindset — no. Would you be here right now if i rigidly held a perfectionist attitude – no. We’re a strong believer in the 90 / 10 rules. You can get 90% the way there in 10% the time, with the last 10% taking 90% of the time. Key is to understanding when you are at the 90%, and this goes back to confidence, trust, awareness and perspective. Of course in some cases, 90% will not cut it, but we find this the exception rather than the rule. Our approach and complex problem solving tools strongly signal when you’ve arrived at the point, to just do it!
